We were wondering if EMT submitted a multi-year proposal last year? and as the incumbent, are you predisposed to contract with them again?. In other words, is there any point in our submitting a proposal?

Answer:
The August 2009 RFQ to produce First 5 Ventura County’s FY 08-09 Annual Evaluation Report invited “bids from independent evaluators to conduct a data analysis, interpretation and report of findings for its FY 2008-2009 Annual Evaluation Report.” That RFQ did not specify a multi-year timeframe.

The current June 2010 RFQ invites “bids from evaluators to conduct a data analysis, interpretation and report of findings for its FY 2009-10 Annual Evaluation Report. We are requesting a bid for up to three years with each year identified separately.”
