First 5 California PoP (Power of Preschool) Report

The UCLA Center for Healthier Children, Families and Communities reviewed county and local evaluator reports, interviewed county commission leaders and staff in PoP counties, and analyzed data First 5 California received from counties to produce this annual evaluation of the PoP program. Ventura County operates PoP programs (known locally as Preschool for All) at sites in the cities of Oxnard and Hueneme.
